Accommodations GTC
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) define the rental terms and conditions for the gîtes offered by SARL Le Grand Commun, hereinafter referred to as “the Lessor,” to any natural or legal person wishing to make a reservation, hereinafter referred to as “the Tenant.”
Article 2 – Length of Stay
The Tenant rents the gîte for a fixed period of time indicated in the rental agreement. The minimum stay is 2 nights and a maximum of 60 nights.
Article 3 – Reservation
The reservation becomes effective after:
Signature of the rental agreement,
Full payment of the rental fee,
Written confirmation from the Lessor.
If full payment is not received within 5 days, the reservation may be canceled without notice.
Article 4 – Rates and Payment
Rental prices are expressed in euros (€) and include standard charges (water, electricity, heating).
A €500 security deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned after the departure inspection.
Article 5 – Cancellation
Cancellation by the Tenant:
More than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 70% refund.
15 days before arrival: no refund.
Cancellation by the Landlord:
Full refund of the amounts paid by the Tenant.
Article 6 – Arrival and Departure
Arrival: between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. In case of delay, the Tenant must inform the Caretaker.
Departure: before 11 a.m. The property must be left clean and in good condition.
Article 7 – Use of the Premises
The Tenant agrees to:
Respect the accommodation’s capacity,
Use the accommodation peacefully and in accordance with its intended purpose,
Not smoke inside the accommodation,
Not organize parties without prior agreement.
Article 8 – Pets
Pets are allowed. Please pick up after them. Please note that the outdoor areas are not fenced.
Article 9 – Liabilities and Insurance
The Tenant is responsible for any damage they may cause to the accommodation. Liability insurance is recommended. In the event of damage, the security deposit will be cashed, and we may ask you to pay the difference in the cost of repairs.
Article 10 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent court will be the one for the location of the accommodation.
